What are the payment options?

In Chikoo Paris website, all transactions are completely confidential and carried out in a secured environment. All of your credit card details are protected and encrypted before they are sent for processing and are never kept on our website. Your credit card is debited at the time of the secured transaction in the currency of the order.

You can pay online with your credit or debit card: Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express, PayPal.
We do not accept cheques, cash or other methods of payment for online transactions.

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with a cashmere item, send us notification by email to contact@chikooparis.com, stating your order confirmation number and send the parcel back to us within 15 days of the delivery date in its original condition and packaging together with the original receipt. We recommend that you send it by registered post as we may not be responsible for any lost or unreturned items.

For countries outside the European Union, please remember to indicate to the customs that this a "return for non conformity".
You can ask for a full or partial refund of the value of the item returned or request an exchange.
If you request an exchange, please indicate the replacement item in your email notification. The delivery of the replacement item will be free.

All refunds will be transacted within 15 days of the return of the item.

Do you offer gift cards?

Unfortunately, at this point we do not offer gift cards. 

This is something we are actively working on and hope to have soon on our Chicoo Parsi website.
